Vaporizing Disabilities and Dangers of E-Cigarettes
Most electronic cigarettes don’t produce any harmful vapour. However there are three main classes of risks that you should be aware of. Firstly there’s the cancer risk of using them to consume carcinogens such as carbon monoxide. Secondly there are numerous thousands of people who have experienced strokes and heart attacks due to the long term effects of long-term nicotine use. Thirdly there is the harm to the lungs caused by carbon monoxide smoke from smokers. It is well known that cigarette smokers increase their threat of experiencing chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
One of the primary problems associated with using electric cigarettes is the fact that they don’t improve your health at all. You still obtain the same degree of nicotine and tar production, the same irritating throat sensations, and no improvement to your health in any way. They are just a little bit of technology that you toss into your pocket to give you a little puff every time you want to. There is absolutely no improvement to your health in any way.
So, why are a lot of people wasting their money in it? Well, it’s simple really. The cost per unit is very low. But I am not a very good quitter, therefore i will need to wait and see. It appears to me though that in my case it may be a brief term experiment. Who knows? I am going to probably be addicted to vapour in a few years time!
Another thing about electronic cigarettes is that they seem to appeal to younger generation a lot more than the older generations. That is odd but this can be because youngsters experienced less exposure to smoking through television. Perhaps they’re not as quick to forget about the cigarettes like us older folk. One thing we can be sure of is that should you keep taking up smoking and dabble in vapour, then eventually you are likely to want to kick the habit. If you don’t, then at least now you will not be harming yourself with nicotine.
My very own experience has been that electronic cigarettes do help me cut down on the smoking. I know that I am not able to quit totally, but I am a lot more aware of what I am smoking and I can stop for a longer period than I used to. It does seem that I enjoy the taste of the vapor and although it does make me a little less inclined to smoke, I’ll always take another puff or two. There are also lots of people online who’ve given up the smoking and swear by vapour.
